New this year is a special opportunity to visit the Daily Bread Food Bank for a behind-the-scenes tour of its complex supply chain. The central distribution centre for southwestern Ontario, Daily Bread is responsible for receiving product at multiple locations, sorting, transporting and tracking all food donations. Hear how changing demographics have required them to innovate, and about their sustainability efforts, including use of “greener routes”.
