Registration includes breakfast, lunch and two refreshment breaks for two days, attendance at two full days of sessions and the welcome wine and cheese, and a copy of the conference program and CD upon publication. Optional Thursday night dinner is extra.

Cancellation Policy
All delegate fees must be paid in full prior to the event. Cancellations must be received in writing (email or fax) no later than September 30, 2007 for a refund less $50 processing fee.
